Rush by Hike is a real-money gaming app available on the Play store that has been making waves in the mobile gaming industry. This innovative platform features multiple 2D casual games (Carrom, Ludo, Knife Hit, Cricket) , providing a diverse range of gaming experiences for players to enjoy. With over a 1M+ installations, Rush is a testament to the growing popularity of real-money gaming. As a producer, I had the privilege of directing program management efforts across multiple projects within the Rush app, acting as the primary liaison with external game development partners and ensuring alignment on project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Our goal has always been to create engaging, immersive gaming experiences, and with Rush, we believe we have achieved just that.

  • Strategic Resource Allocation: Oversaw allocation of production resources, optimizing utilization and ensuring projects were adequately staffed and equipped.
  • Comprehensive Bug Triaging and QA coordination : Played a central role in coordinating bug tracking efforts, bridging the gap between QA testers and development, design, and art teams. Conducted retrospective bug analysis and prioritization to streamline bug resolution.
  • Sprint Planning and Project Coordination : Demonstrated proficiency in sprint planning, contributing to the efficient development of games by collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting clear sprint goals, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring successful execution in adherence to project timelines.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Process Ownership and Contribution : As the UAT Process Owner, took charge of orchestrating the UAT process, which included seamlessly sharing builds with Project Managers and Design Directors, facilitating comprehensive testing, and communicating actionable feedback to the development team. Ensured that UAT played a pivotal role in maintaining product quality and enhancing user satisfaction.
