Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production Oversight: As a solo producer, manage the entire production pipeline from concept to launch, ensuring seamless integration across all phases.
- ART OKRs Management: Establish, track, and achieve art-related Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with overall project goals and deadlines.
- Game Art Revamp: Lead the redesign and enhancement of the entire game’s art style, ensuring it meets current industry standards and player expectations.
- Project Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of art assets.
- External Outsourcing: Manage partnerships with external vendors for 3D art and sound production, ensuring quality control and consistency with the game's vision.
- UI/UX Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designs, providing feedback to enhance player engagement and accessibility.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all art assets are polished, cohesive, and aligned with the overall aesthetic of the game, maintaining high standards throughout production.
- Art Roadmap Management: Facilitate daily scrums with the art and technical art teams to ensure alignment and progress on the art roadmap.
- Consultant Engagement: Schedule and manage regular meetings with art consultants, including taking minutes and conducting at least three calls per week for effective collaboration.
- Sprint Retrospectives: Lead sprint retrospectives 2-3 times per month to reflect on progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Production Incident Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports detailing all production-related incidents to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
